2023 - a brilliant year!

So - there we are - 57 weddings conducted along with a good number of funerals, and just like that, my first full year of being a celebrant has come to a close!

Ever since I embarked on my celebrant journey, just under two years ago, I have absolutely LOVED everything about this new vocation that I chose. The venues, the travelling all over Scotland, and above all, the people! I've met some truly fabulous folk on my journey so far, and I've learned things from each and every couple and family that I have worked with along the way, and it's been a complete joy.

A couple of days ago I was tagged in this video, which features a wedding I conducted for Amy and Tom back in July. A few times couples have asked if I have a video of me "in action", conducting a wedding, and now you can catch a wee glimpse of me pronouncing the happy couple Husband and Wife!

2024, promises to be equally exciting, with no less than 45 weddings already booked, and I've no doubt that more will be added over the forthcoming months.

To everyone that I've worked with in the course of my Celebrant work during 2023, Thank You! Here's to 2024 and all the adventures that lie in store...
